White Heart has always been about doing things properly — growing good hazelnuts, processing them with care, and keeping everything small, local, and honest. When we brought the brand home to our grove in Selwyn, Canterbury, we carried that same philosophy with us.
I’m Kimberlee, and together with my partner Jason, we grow, crack, roast, flavour, and pack every batch right here on our land. Nothing is rushed, nothing is mass‑produced. We work in small batches so we can give each step the attention it deserves — from the moment the nuts leave the shell to the moment they’re sealed in their bag.
Our goal is simple: to grow and craft the best hazelnut products we can, using small‑batch methods that protect quality, flavour, and the land we grow on.
